for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li value=\"1\">Supporting the Technical Director in planning, coordinating and executing construction projects.<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Monitoring project implementation schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Coordinating with project managers, engineers, surveyors, contractors and other site team members.<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Conducting routine site supervision to ensure quality workmanship, proper use of materials and satisfactory project progress.<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Identifying and resolving technical issues and providing appropriate solutions to project challenges.<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Reviewing drawings and specifications and interpreting method statements, work programmes and technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Ensuring construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications and applicable standards.<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Monitoring important project milestones and completion timelines.<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Coordinating technical interfaces between civil, structural, MEP, architectural and specialist works.<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Reviewing project progress reports and providing technical updates to the Technical Director.<\/li>\n<li value=\"11\">Supporting the resolution of technical and construction-related issues.<\/li>\n<li value=\"12\">Ensuring proper filing and documentation of technical decisions, site instructions, conclusions and project changes.<\/li>\n<li value=\"13\">Liaising with consultants, contractors and other key project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li value=\"14\">Supporting the evaluation of contractors and their technical performance.<\/li>\n<li value=\"15\">Assisting with the timely assessment and delivery of
